AML/CFT – Publication of the AML/CFT sector specific guidance notes (2)

The Authority has today published the following Sector Specific Guidance Notes in respect of compliance with the AML/CFT Code 2019:

• Accountants and Tax Advisors;
• High Value Goods Dealers;
• Moneylenders and Providers of financial guarantees/commitments; and
• Estate Agents.
